Patroness is a washed process coffee from the small town of Jerico located about 65 miles outside of Medellín. This coffee is grown by multiple small holder farmers at an elevation between 1700m and 2000m which gives the coffee an incredible acidity, and a very round body.

This coffee shines as a pour over or French press but is sure to cut through milk and make one tasty espresso based drink.

We recommend brewing this coffee at around 199°F to maximize sweetness, however higher temperatures will make those apple notes shine brighter.
